About Me

You may be carrying stress, anxiety, self-doubt, relationship challenges, difficult life experiences, or simply a sense that something isn't quite right. Perhaps you're feeling stuck, disconnected from yourself, or struggling to balance the demands of everyday life.

My name is Dr. Amber Andrews, and I offer professional coaching and counselling support designed to help people navigate life's challenges with greater clarity, resilience, and self-understanding.

My professional background spans the automotive, military, and higher education sectors, where I witnessed firsthand the impact that pressure, responsibility, and constant demands can have on wellbeing. Alongside my personal interest in mental health and human development, these experiences led me to train as an Executive Coach and later continue my development into counselling.

Today, I combine evidence-based coaching approaches with counselling skills to provide support that is both practical and compassionate.

My aim is not to tell you what to do. Instead, I provide a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental environment where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, challenges, and goals openly.

Every person arrives with a unique story, which is why support should never be one-size-fits-all.

Others are seeking a deeper therapeutic space to explore emotions, life experiences, relationships, stress, anxiety, or personal challenges. I also have particular experience supporting professionals, high performers, and men who may find it difficult to speak openly about emotional challenges. My volunteering practice is based working with neurodiversity, trauma and young people.
